Michelle was among the very first to receive this VVA special recognition award, with Susie Lund and Wanda Bailey, as The Dingaling Sisters.
"We got a medal which I wear on my official Vietnam leather vest and we sang and danced at the reunion. It was an unbelievable time to get together after 30 plus years and sing the Funky Chicken again. Before we went on they played the video from the Bob Hope Christmas special. Then we went on stage and we did it again. Great memories. Many blessings and more to come… Michelle
